SPA GUIDELINES

The SKA environment provides a subterranean thermal spa setting where quiet conversation is encouraged to be mindful of other guests and to allow for quiet reflection.
A robe and spa slippers will be provided for all massage and Hydrotherapy Cycle guests. For massage services, your therapist will provide you time alone in the treatment room to disrobe and place yourself under the sheets on the treatment table. Your therapist will use professional and discreet draping techniques to ensure you are comfortable throughout your treatment.
To ensure the privacy of all who use our wellness sanctuary, please leave phones in the lockers provided. Phone use is strictly prohibited in the lower spa area.
A spa robe, towels and spa slippers are provided for your use while visiting the spa.
Digital lockers are provided in the change rooms. We recommend leaving jewelry and cell phones in your locker during your visit so valuables aren’t lost or damaged in the water.
Alcoholic beverages are available for an additional charge at SKA Bar. Guests must provide proof of ID. Outside alcohol is prohibited in the spa.
It is recommended that you drink ample amounts of water before and after using the Hydrotherapy Cycle to ensure adequate hydration. Being well-hydrated oxygenates the cells, purifies the kidneys and helps to flush free radicals from the body that were released during the Hydrotherapy Cycle and/or other treatments. A selection of complimentary naturally-flavoured waters and teas are available in the resting area for you to enjoy.
