Being well hydrated oxygenates your cells, purifies the kidneys and helps to flush free radicals from the body that were released during the hydrotherapy cycle and massage. A selection of complimentary naturally flavored waters and teas are available in the resting area for all to enjoy.
TAKE A DIP
Hydrothermal bathing, an essential element to hydrotherapy, is the wellness therapy of experiencing a change of temperature using saunas, steam rooms and cold experiences. Used in conjunction with water experiences, cycle from hot to cold elements to promote detoxification, deep relaxation, and general wellbeing.
